The Position
This role will deliver high level finance and accounting administrative processes and activities to assist the Finance Team and support the achievement of the STEPS Group of Companies overall business objectives.
- Review and importing of customer invoices raised from specialist systems into Finance System
- Review and importing of vendor invoices received into Finance System
- Review and importing of remittances received from external customers and departments into Finance System
- Review and importing of staff Corporate Card claims into Finance System
- Follow up of outstanding Corporate Card claims and assisting staff to complete their Corporate Card claims
- Other accounts payable functions and support as required
- Other accounts receivable functions and support as required
The Successful Applicant will:
- Relevant Qualifications (ie Cert IV Business Administration)
- Demonstrated experience as a Finance Officer with Accounts Receivable (or similar role/s) is required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data entry, preparing written correspondence, reports and administration support, competently using the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Strong Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond to enquiries in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
