Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an Equipment Finance Operations (EFO) Settlements Team Member.
As a Team Member in EFO Settlements, you will be integral in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of tasks related to equipment finance deals settlement. This includes meticulously ensuring compliance with finance contracts, pre-compliance of documents, verification of approval conditions, and managing fund disbursement to safeguard our client's credit and legal standing.
Requirements:
- Experience in a finance role and familiarity with financial procedures, and credit policies.
- Proficiency in utilizing key systems such as Settlement Tracker and COL.
- Experience and knowledge of the banking industry is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage settlement matters for equipment finance facilities, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Drive continuous improvement in service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer requirements promptly and with care.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements for executed documents.
- Maintain accurate system data and facilitate effective communication of updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners, providing expert advice and support.
- Uphold ethical and procedural compliance within the bank's policies.
- Complete role accreditation requirements and report incidents and breaches within specified timelines.
