Patane Produce is a well-established, privately owned & operated, Vegetable Growing & Packing business located in the Myalup area in the South West region of Western Australia.
We have a position available in our small Administration team that can be either Full-time or Part-time, depending on your work preference. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office.
We are looking for an experienced true all-rounder who is adaptable and understands the nature & broad scope of responsibilities that are often required with a small administration team. Accounting knowledge or experience would be an asset and this role would be suitable for a recent graduate.
The main duties include:
- Primary responsibility for the full functions of the financial operations
- All aspects relating to employee on-boarding and processing of payroll
- Processing and management of accounts payable & receivable
- Preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax & SGC returns
- Ensure timely & accurate generation of various reports for the Management Team
- All general facets relating to a small office administration team
Successful candidates will:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 4.30pm
- Display reliability & professionalism at all times
- Friendly & confident telephone manner
- Possess a very high attention to detail
- Hold a current C Class Driver's Licence with own transport
- Be flexible & willing to action a wide variety of tasks
- Demonstrate an Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Experience with MYOB Exo (desirable)
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Be highly organised with effective time management skills
