The Financial Services Branch is on the lookout for a proficient and effective Finance Support Officer. This part-time role involves working 92 hours within a four-week work cycle.

Position objectives
The Finance Support Officer will be responsible for:
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable Officer as required.
- Provide support to the Financial Services Team as directed by the Finance Team Leader.
Qualifications and experience
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
- A working knowledge of basic accounting practices.
- Relevant administrative work experience in accounting, finance, business, or commerce.
- Experience in Microsoft applications, in particular; Excel, and Outlook.
- Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment.
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 4 of Council’s current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $34.69 to $37.09 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
