Hours per fortnightUp to 73.5 hours - flexible options available.
Duties- Support the data integrity of the Department's FMIS including interfaces with the system.
- Support and document the development and management of financial systems and procedural internal financial controls.
- Prepare financial management reports in a timely manner to satisfy the information requirements of internal management and external stakeholders.
- Train staff in financial system processes and procedures together with accounting practices.
- Advise staff as to the FMIS structures and financial reporting issues.
- Support finance system processes to satisfy Treasury mandatory reporting requirements.
- Provide project management support to Finance Systems team.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.
- Knowledge and experience in TechnologyOne Ci and/or CiA
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
