The Finance Development Program based in the National Shared Services centre is a newly created development program. We are looking for finance/accounting students in their penultimate or final year of study looking to kickstart their career before they even graduate! Over two-years you will rotate throughout Hanson’s Shared Services centre, gaining experience in the six different service offerings, setting you up for a career within our company. In turn, we are offering study support and flexibility to allow the right candidate to finalise their studies while working on an either part or full time basis.

This program is suitable for someone that:
Is currently studying a degree in finance, commerce, or accounting
Continuously curious and open to new experiences
Being proactive and willingly takes on responsibility for getting things done.

Psychometric Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online psychometric assessments consisting of a cognitive ability test and personality questionnaire.
Video interview: Shortlisted candidates invited to take part in a video interview so we can learn more about you and what attracted you to our Finance Development Program.
Pre-employment Medical & Offer: shorted listed candidates to complete a pre-employment medical & subsequent offer to join our Finance Development Program.
