We at Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced,
bookkeeper to manage transactional activities, process supply invoices, and oversee minimal payroll functions.
Work arrangement/hours:
The first month will be dedicated to training, with a 4-day workweek.
Following the training period, the position will be part-time, working 3 days a week.
Once settled into the role, there will be an option to work 1 day from home.
The candidate must be on-site on Mondays, and the remaining working days can be flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling transactional activities within the accounts payable function
Processing supply invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Managing payroll
Bank reconciliation, forecasting, accounts payable.
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in either bookkeeping, accounts payable or similar
Proficient in standard accounts payable practices
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Familiarity with transactional activities in accounts payable
Ability to process supply invoices efficiently.
Basic understanding of payroll management
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
