Financial Accountant

Our client who is a leading Mechanical Contractor based in Canning Vale is seeking a Financial Accountant for their busy Finance division on a Permanent basis. This role would suit someone who is looking to make the step up in their career and would be comfortable to lead a team.
 
KEY DUTIES

• Providing reports to the relevant manager of the day to day financial activities for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Overseeing the key functions of Accounts Payable and Receivables including but not limited to data entry, reconciliations, lodgement of claims and settling outstanding debits.
• Provide guidance and development of the financial team
• Being a main driver for providing strategies and recommendation to streamline any processes that may need improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 + years within a similar industry within the Accounts function (Financial)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with use of Excel and other accounting software
• Good organisation and strategically minded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SALARY

• $100 000 - $110 000 p.a. + super
• Monday to Friday - 40hr working week
