Avior Capital is a boutique fund manager based in West Perth. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping.
This position is available for an immediate start as part time with flexibility on hours for the right candidate.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records for the business and associated entities, including accounts payable and receivable (using MYOB).
- Preparation and completion of monthly payroll processing.
- Preparation of periodic loan statements for investments.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting/modelling, annual budgets and provide financial reporting.
- Ensure all licenses, insurances and compliance documents are up to date.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years' experience in a similar finance/bookkeeping position.
- Relevant degree qualification.
- Advanced MYOB, Microsoft office experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
