- Deliver the financial reporting and statutory requirements of each entities
- Ensure the input of data to the accounting system is accurate consistent and timely for each of the groups entities
- Manage the monthly financial reporting for each entity
- All aspects of monthly company financial reporting and reconciliations
- All aspect of the Banking function
- External reporting to banks, ATO, OSR, Insurance brokers
- Financial matters concerning importation of goods
- Overseeing the Debtors book
- Payroll (WageEasy), weekly and monthly
- Weekly creditors payments
- Insurance policy reviews and approvals
- Maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register
- Accounting qualification (min diploma level)
- Advanced excel skills
- Advanced Payroll experience (Preferably Employment Hero or similar)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
