TRILITY is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Financial Accountant (Bilingual Mandarin/English) to join the team in our Adelaide CBD office for a nine month period to cover for staff leave.
The role
The Financial Accountant will provide support and expertise to the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Assistance of preparing consolidated monthly financial report package and associated analysis to parent company
- Responsible for preparing and submitting the bank and cash report of TRILITY Group to parent company
- Preparing consolidation of monthly cashflow statement of TRILITY Group
- Assistance of analysis quarterly and annually budget performance with analysis report and comments of driving deviation causes for management reference
- Responsible for liaising with parent company financial team to report and clarify any financial information enquiries
- Performing other financial reports, analysis and miscellaneous work when required
What we are looking for
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will require the successful person to have the following skills and capabilities:
Professional/Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both in English/Chinese as this role works closely with the finance and management teams of the parent company based in China
- High competency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large volume of financial data
- Current knowledge and application of reporting requirements and accounting standards
Personal Competencies
- Be enthusiastic and dedicated, with high levels of initiative and drive
- possess a high level of maturity, with the ability to make decisions with minimal direction and guidance
- be able to work in a team environment and be a team player
- possess good judgement in relation to commercial and financial issues

Educational/Vocational Qualifications
- A Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification or else proven experience in accounting and finance in a commercial environment
