Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Financial & Operating Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the financial compliance, cash flow, funds and tax management, debtors, creditors, fixed assets and other administrative aspects of the Company's operations and supporting the administrative, accounting and financial planning of the Company.
Main duties:
- Tax preparation and lodgement: BAS (GST), FBT, Payroll Tax, PAYG
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash forecasting
- Month end accruals and journals
- Payroll journals and labour reporting
- Fixed asset and capex maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet analysis
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with MS Office preferred
- Experience with an ERP, MS Business Central, highly desirable
- 2+ years post-qualification experience
