We are a diversified Financial Services business based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We are looking for a Financial Advisor to join the team, who wants to be a part of a growing business. There is already a well established group of clients and ongoing revenue, in the areas of Insurance, Retirement Planning, Investments, SMSF and Superannuation strategies. Combining the existing clients with the internal referral opportunities, there is a tremendous opportunity to take the business to the next level.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

At least 3 years of experience as a qualified Financial Adviser.

Either the FASEA Education standards completed, or evidence of exemption under the experience pathway.

Strong financial planning technical knowledge.

Ability to assist clients with complex decisions and finding the best way to protect and grow their wealth and structure their investments.

A growth mindset and be eager to truly make the Financial Planning arm of the business your own.

Strict adherence to Risk, Compliance and Advice processes and protocols.

Ability to not only work with internal referrers, but also to build your own network externally.

Attention to detail and accuracy and excellent customer service attributes

SMSF Qualifications are also highly desirable as is experience with Xplan

The remuneration package will be discussed with suitable candidates and there may be equity opportunities for the right person.
