About the role
The role is perfect for a finance superstar allrounder. Primary, you will be assiting our Financial Controller, to maintain smooth day-to-day operations in the finance team. You will also be assiting with monthyl reporting. Attention-to-detail, a friendly can-do attitude is key! This position is full-time, Monday-Friday office hours.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable tasks such as: invoice processing and approval, data entry
- General Cashiering: credit card and balancing, cashier balancing, float counts
- Accounts Receivable: invoicing, data entry, credits, credit applications
- General Accounting
- Assist with our purchasing department
About you
- Have the ability to demonstrate and deliver 5-Star service with a Yes I Can attitude
- Previous experience in a Hotel environment is desirable
- Previous experience in a similiar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong multitasker
