Financial Controller

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in East Brisbane who are seeking to recruit a capable finance leader to drive growth.

You will be:

• Overseeing all financial operations including payroll, AP and AR/credit control
• Preparing financial reports for the Exec team
• Providing analysis and financial modelling
• Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
• Partnering with business units
• Implementing and monitoring controls/policies
• Ensuring compliance and collaborating with the bank/ auditors at year end,
• Leading the team: training, mentoring, and developing their experience

To succeed:

The ideal candidate will be CPA/CA or working towards and will have experience working in a manufacturing environment ideally in a SME business. You will have strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting obligations. Strong IT skills including MS Excel to an advanced level.
