Job Description
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller is a highly influential and collaborative role. The role will lead the finance & shared service teams with a total of 6 direct reports. With this will come a range of functions including monthly management reporting, statutory reporting, tax lodgements & banking activities.
The Financial Controller will also have regular interaction with other parts of the business including the Management Team and the FP & A arm. This interaction will come naturally as part of being involved in providing support services to the front-line operation, as well participating in large projects evolving around strategy formulation, continuous improvement initiatives, M & A integration and other business projects.

Qualifications
You will be a fully qualified CA / CPA member with experience in a similar Financial Controller / Finance Manager type role and have demonstrated the ability of managing high-performance fast paced teams.
You will have a proven track record of delivering best-practice financial systems and reporting coupled with collaborative and hands-on business partnering skills. In addition, you will be flexible in your approach and able to adapt to suit different needs or situations with the utmost attention to detail.
Prior experience in participating in transformation type projects such as system implementations and M & A integration will also be highly valued.
