Financial Controller - Geelong

Based in Geelong, this is a rare and unique opportunity to join this Global brand in an initial 6 month contract role as Financial Controller.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team across Finance, FP&A, Project Accounting and Treasury across organisational accounting and finance strategies, policies and planning.

• You will ensure your team maintains the financial framework of the business with accurate and timely financial reporting to support Executive and Board;
• Joint leader in equity and debt raising projects;
• Management of cashflow forecast and daily cashflows and management of relationships with capital providers and bankers;
• Ensure compliance with NASDAQ, Ireland, US and Australian statutory reporting and Grant reporting. 

You will come from an international manufacturing/distribution organisation, be CA/CPA qualified, with proven experience with Statutory Reporting within a US listed business and understand IFRS, Australian and US Taxation law as well as a background in Capital transactions ideally within US capital markets.
