Financial Controller Anz

As a key member of the local Executive Management team this role will report to the CEO and assume a hands-on, but also strategic role. You will support the execution of the company strategy, financial processes and remain as a commercial sounding board for the various business unit heads and non-finance stakeholders.

This position will see you managing the oversight of the transactional finance and financial reporting, through to the production of value-add management reports, IT resources, inventory and warehousing operations. In addition to this, you will manage the P&L and Cashflow forecasting on a fortnightly basis, along with the annual budget preparation and submission. Your team will also be directly responsible for US GAAP and local GAAP requirements and driving cross-divisional initiatives with a financial performance focus and ultimately delivering customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will be CPA/CA qualified and have a proven track record working as the senior Financial Leader supporting a CEO, in a multinational organisation. With over 8+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership role, you will preferably have had exposure to a US owned company and /or multinational organisation and held a role in an organisation as a Director. You will have a flexible, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills. With a high level of integrity and dependability, you will have a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation which will enable your success in this role. SAP knowledge and experience is essential.
