Financial Manager – Part-Time or Full-Time, working in the health industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced accountant to join our health business based on the Central Coast.
The position is permanent part-time, approximately 3 days per week flexible.
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Accounts payable:
- Entering supplier’s invoices & expenses against purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier’s statements
- Preparing supplier payments and entering payments in Xero
- Accounts Receivable:
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Account Reconciliations
- Journal Entries & Reconciliation for Inter-Company Transactions
- Full Payroll function including STP Reporting
- BAS/PAYG & Super Preparations
- Assist external accountant with end of financial year reporting and lodgments
- Experience with intercompany loan accounts
- Filing
- Banking & Petty Cash Reconciliations
- Other Bookkeeping & Admin tasks as required
- General Admin
You will be working closely with the General Manager & Admin team and report directly to the Board of Directors.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- MUST have proficient computer/IT skills and communication (Verbal & Written) skills.
- Full function accounting/Bookkeeping experience and full bookkeeping understanding & knowledge
- Be proficient in the Xero software
- Experience using ATO business portal
- Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
The role would ideally suit someone who is looking to work approximately 3 days a week part-time hours. We are looking for someone who can come in and take on the role with ease. School or flexible hours acceptable.
