Financial Planner (Risk Only) - Remote Working

The Client: 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Risk Adviser / Insurance specialist to join a leading medium sized financial planning firm with over 30 in the team. They specialise in providing insurance advice for accumulators and offer Remote working conditions. 

This role is a rare opportunity predominantly work with all new insurance clients who have been referred into the business. There is no expectation to build your own referral sources or generate your own clients, we just need great advisers to help service our current inbound clients. 

This is the ideal opportunity for you if you enjoy providing insurance advice and enjoy working remotely. 

Role and responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually and determine if they are a good fit for the business
• Work off warm leads and onboard new clients 
• Work with CSO on the implementation of insurance applications and update insurance and clients on status of application
• Conduct client coaching sessions and work with the back office team to prepare client insurance proposals 
• Mentor junior associates through their PY and assist with coaching 
• Self manage and work remotely 

Experience

• 3+ years experience in insurance advice
• Meet all FASEA educational requirements 
• Must be currently an ASIC Authorised Representative 
• Confident handling warm leads and onboarding new clients
