Financial Planning Assistant - Immediate Vacancy

Our client is a holistic non aligned national independent advisory that prides itself on a highly ethical mode of working and excellent client relationships. Based in Sydney CBD with flexibility to work from home moving forward our client despite recent events continues on their growth trajectory. Due to this growth a CSM is required to work alongside one of their leading senior advisers. 

The Role

• Manage client files and administrative functions with workflow co-ordination
• Liaise with clients and advisers
• Prepare relevant paperwork for SOA's and work closely with paraplanners
• Ensure client files are complete and compliant with legislation and licensee standards
• Lodgement of forms with Product Providers 
• Handling client queries 
• Implementation and administration duties

The Person

• Minimum of 12 months Administration experience preferably in a Financial Planning practice 
• Experience with Implementation 
• Exposure to Xplan is desirable but not a must. 
• Excellent with clients
• Strong Attention to detail 
• Friendly and Personable 

In return for joining as a Client Service Manager / Financial Planning Assistant you will receive a salary ranging of $70-80k + Super + Bonus depending on experience. You will also have a excellent support structure and opportunity to progress in your career.
