The Position
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides corporate service leadership across the finance, technology and procurement functions. Along with responsive operational support the role requires a high level of strategic oversight and foresight. The business has a growth strategy and is going through a period of significant investment in infrastructure.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will have an industry leading approach to financial management, developing a strong team culture, and ensuring integrated continuous improvement to the delivery of efficient corporate services to internal customers. Success in this position requires extensive leadership in corporate services, with experience in providing strategic financial and commercial advice at executive leadership and board levels. You will have a reputation for the highest standards of integrity and having impact on business success in a complex operational environment.
Demonstrating superior stakeholder relationship skills, impressive persuasion and influence you will have the ability to understand the organisation’s regulatory, political, social and economic environment. Your diverse experience in commercial settings will include areas such as strategic and corporate planning, management and financial accounting, treasury and taxation. CA/CPA qualifications are expected.
