About the opportunity:
Position: Fleet Administrator
Location: Jandakot (parking provided)
EmploymentType: Temporary
Duration: Ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months
Start date: ASAP
Compensation: $42 per hour + Superannuation
Work Hours: Full-time, commencing at 8:30 am with a 7.5-hour workday
Responsibilities:
Generate purchase orders, review invoices, and process goods receipt transactions.
Maintain relevant spreadsheets, use fleet management software, and organise records.
Address routine fleet issues and fulfill business-wide requests, such as coordinating vehicle maintenance bookings and providing support to vehicle custodians.
Manage vehicle insurance claims and oversee vehicle disposals.
Administer the Fleet Management inbox, prioritising incoming requests.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use various MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience with SAP, specifically in handling purchase orders. Previous exposure to fleet management is desirable.
