My client is a leading provider of construction,maintenance and industrial services across Australia. They specialise indelivering a range of services such as marine structure remediations,electrical services and access solutions. They are looking for their next adminofficer to join their corporate team in Perth CBD.
Your new role
As the Admin Officer, you will be responsible forbooking the travel for Head Office staff including executives and directors aswell as welcoming all visitors into the office. These duties include but arenot limited too;
- Travel coordination and bookings of up to 200 per year
- Leases coordination and database entry
- Assist with raising purchase orders and approvinginvoices
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of deliveringexceptional customer service and your can-do attitude and the ability to workautonomously which will lead to your success as will;
- Previous experience of travel booking highlyadvantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail and organisationalskills
