The team rosters vehicles to operate on Victoria’s extensive regional rail network, working with a variety of stakeholders to make safe, efficient and well-informed decisions in a fast-paced operational environment. No two days will be the same in this always evolving role.Key accountabilities include:· Managing rostering of vehicles on the V/Line passenger rail fleet,· Developing and implementing alternative fleet plans as required,· Working with the Integrated Operations Centre team to support safe and efficient running of the network, minimising the impact of network delays,· Communicating clearly with frontline staff to capture fleet fault reports and liaising with V/Line’s maintenance partner to help rectify issues.About youFleet Control staff need to have great attention to detail and communication skills.
