Permanent, full-time role, based in Bentley.Candidates of all abilities encouraged to apply.Live it and enjoy it - over 35 employee benefits.What is your new role about?To coordinate procurement and fit outs of Fleet Vehicles, to deliver fit for purpose assets to regions, as well as facilitate disposal of old assets.To provide Fleet Management support and assist on technical fleet matters.Your new role will include:Contribute to fleet replacement planning and ensure new vehicle orders are placed in advance, within supply chain constraints.Consult with customers (regional stakeholders) and senior managers to develop future fleet requirements (light and heavy fleet)Analyse new fleet requirements to ensure fit for purpose vehicle selection which complies with internal policy and safety standards.Optimise designs and fit outs to deliver value for money and fit for purpose requirements.Manage relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.Support the Fleet and Travel Manager with administration and execution of Fleet Supplier ContractsProvide fleet reports to regional stakeholders as required and drive continuous improvement of reporting.Our new Fleet Coordinator will have: Demonstrated experience in an advanced administration role is required.Sound understanding of Fleet Management practices.Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.High competency in the use of excel for data analysis, data management, spreadsheet development and reporting.High competency in leading stakeholder engagement and change initiatives with exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of procurement practises.Experience in providing input towards contractual agreements, tenders, pricing schedules and strategic sourcing initiatives.Exposure to contract management and administration.Experience in fleet management.Be a part of something amazing for Western AustraliaBeing a part of the Horizon Power team is about building a better future for regional Western Australia.
