About the role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team at GroundProbe as a Fleet Coordinator. Based in our beautiful offices in Brisbane, QLD, you will work alongside a friendly and supportive team of industry professionals.
GroundProbe's solutions include slope stability monitoring systems, geotechnical monitoring radar, and real-time data analysis software. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer support, GroundProbe has established itself as a trusted name in the mining industry worldwide.
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with all Fleet Management and technical functions. Your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and first-class technical support to our customers within the Australasian Continent. This Monday to Friday role offers a great work-life balance in a collaborative work environment.
What you will be doing
- Assist with Fleet Management activities, including scheduling, maintenance, and tracking;
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet and technical activities;
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance fleet operations.
- Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic trade qualification with at least 3-5 years field experience is preferable;
- Certificate 4 in Training or equivalent “Train the Trainer” qualification preferred;
- Previous experience in fleet management or a related field;
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issue.
