Are you a product support technician / advisor looking for a new challenge and development in asset management?
We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our EPC team working across multiple sites in Regional WA and Perth.
Responsible for
- Diagnose, fault find, repair and service all aspects of equipment on customer sites
- Provide high level technical support and training, to customers
- Produce defect elimination programs and conduct root cause analysis
- Work with customer maintenance planning to generate forecasts, task lists and maintenance instructions. Facilitate and complete all product upgrades as required and control the onsite
- Work with the customer maintenance team on generating, implementing and updating Preventative Maintenance Plans and implement component life extension programs
- Work with the customer and Epiroc Engineering Team to develop product upgrades to improve availability and reliability of the fleet
- Develop continuous improvement programs to reduce costs
- Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements
- Build long term, sustainable relationships with customers
Requirements
- Customer facing field experience
- Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualifications
- Experience using and sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical Schematics
- Experience in diagnostic repairs of mining and construction equipment including hydraulics, and low voltage electrical systems
- Strong communication skills
- Extensive industry experience
- Willingness to undertake travel to multiple sites across various locations
