Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential wholesale uniform / garment clients.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of clients to provide tailored solutions including standard garments, Dye Sublimation and Super color(If not, we can always train you on these areas)
- Drive sales growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, sales, and market feedback.
- Ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Exposure to Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
- Track record in product sales or account management.
- Experience in FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills .
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working with Salesforce shall be an added advantage
