Due to strong sales growth, our client is seeking an experienced Automotive Fleet Sales Manager. The role provides excellent sales opportunities and the ability to develop a lifelong career. This role requires someone with the ability to build a business from the ground up. A very generous income guarantee is offered during the process of establishing this new fleet department.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Build a fleet department from the ground up
- Meeting established KPI's and sales targets
- Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision making process
- Exceeding our customers' expectations with attentive service and advice
Skills and experience:
- Qualified Fleet Sales Executive/Manager required
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry required - Fleet Sales essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- A self starter with excellent customer service skills
