Business Development Manager - Automotive Fleet management

Right now, they have an opportunity for a New Business Development Manager to join their Sydney or Brisbane based team.
The Role
Working within QLD and NSW your role will be to work within the AFMA space to make contact and start discussions with procurement and C level finance contacts in regards to their Fleet management needs in medium to long term. Discussions will obviously talk about cost management, vehicle options and how fleets are structured to maximise return on investment. You will be working in a close knit team that works in a larger inclusive culture. You will be part of on going training and will represent the company at industry events, drive days and conferences.
Remuneration
Specifics of the package will be discussed with relevant candidates but an OTE of $180K + Super + Car is very achievable. More detail can be provided with an application
Who are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate for this role will hail from the Sales roles in the Fleet Management industry from another related industry that is involved in AFMA and where your role has been to find the right contacts and create a relationship.
- You are well networked within the fleet space.
- Candidates with strong sales roles in other Business Process Outsourcing or Asset Finance and also encouraged to apply.
- You are able to have consultative conversations with decision makers and help them define their needs and provide a solution that meets those needs.
- You enjoy a fast paced environment where you are surrounded by people that are trying to achieve their best results every day
- You know how to build and manage pipeline from opportunity creation to contract signing
