BRP Fleet Sales Manager - ANZ
We are looking for a Fleet Sales Manager who will report to the Regional Commercial Manager - ANZ , and who’ll be tasked with driving the BRP Fleet Sales program across Australia & New Zealand. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth in commercial Fleet Sales & associated market share
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Ensure the achievement of BRP’s commercial Fleet Sales & market share objectives by developing & implementing specific Fleet Sales strategies
- Create enhanced sustainable framework to ensure BRP’s fleet offering is market leading
- Maintain & enhance current fleet customer relationships & sales opportunities
- Identify incremental Fleet Sales opportunities in both Australia & New Zealand
- Manage all tender submission / presentations for all FMOs & other related fleet customers to raise profile of BRP products
- Manage Evaluation Fleet to ensure high utilisation to drive more awareness & sales of our product
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- A minimum of 5 years Fleet Sales experience (preferably in the PowerSports, Automotive or Fleet Management environments)
- Exceptional business communication skills & able to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Passionate for achieving results
- Ambition to preserve when presented with any roadblocks to ensure maximum success
