The role:

• Build and maintain key relationships with factory representatives and our growing fleet client portfolio
• Ensure a follow-up process is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
• Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits, features and specials by analysing and utilising factory information 
• Keeping fleet management companies updated with delivery schedules
• Delivering and demonstrating the features of our vehicles to the clients

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be an experienced Fleet Sales Manager with sales experience in vehicle Fleet Sales or closely related product sales
• Have a high attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Have the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Have experience in managing the Fleet Sales process from quote to delivery
• Exceed our customers' expectations with attentive service, advice and understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making process
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
