The Role:
FM Contracts Manager
Salary $110,000 - $130,000 + super and bonus

• Contract administration for all Australian data centres
• Procurement and purchasing of engineering services and soft services (facilities management)
• Review claims, invoices and variations
• Cost reporting for all active contracts and services
• Managing contractual issues and disputes.
• Develop processes and procedures.
• Ensure a vendor performance matrix is implemented across all data centres.
• Prepare business cases to support procurement activities.
• Develop and review tender packages and evaluations, scope of works, bid templates and reviews.

• 4 years’ experience in contract administration / procurement role relating to facilities management 
• Strong understanding of contract management and administration
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and administration skills with high attention to detail.
• Relevant qualification in business, engineering or QS

• Newly created role to support expanding operation
• Manage all administrative aspects of facilities management contracts
• Client side role
