Role Description/Criteria
Resurrection Catholic Primary School is looking for a front Office/Reception person . The successful applicant will report to the administration manager who reports to the principal
The applicant should have
- strong communication skills
-a desire to support our staff and community
-a passion for working in a team
- Level 2 First Aid or be prepared to trained at this level
Duties include
-welcoming and providing information and support for all visitors including families and students
-answering all incoming phone calls in a polite and courteous manner
-conveying any concerns to the appropriate staff member via the school protocols
-receiving and distributing incoming mail
-arranging maintenance of photocopies and ensure they are ready for use
- organising sign in procedures and Working with Children Checks
-organising student of the week awards
-assisting the office manger in providing administrative support to management personnel, including arranging appointments, diary and calendar management and preparing both confidential and general correspondence.
-assisting in entering enrolments into eSIS and other data entry sources
-collecting payment of fees and charges and arrange receipts within the icon.
The role will begin at 8am and finish at 4 pm. This may be negotiable.
