Capricorn Resort is currently seeking applicants for the following FullTime
position:
- Food and Beverage FOH Team Leader/2IC
To apply for the role, youwill need:
- At least two years proven experience in a similar role; exposure to Bar operations and sequence in service.
- Strong communication skills, intermediate computer skills and a genuine passion for the Hospitality industry.
- Cash handling and reconciling experience.
- Ability to manually perform heavy lifting tasks.
- Experience in staff supervision, training, and rostering
- Current RMLV required for this role.
- Ability to work over 5 days/nights (Tue to Sat), varying split shifts (lunch and dinner).
- Current QLD Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
Immediate start with on-site trainingwill be available for the right candidate who possesses full working rights inAustralia.
