About the Role
An exceptional opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join QPAC in the casual position of Food and Beverage Team Leader.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management Team and nominated Food and Beverage Supervisors, this role will be responsible for operational activity in outlets during service periods.
Duties will include:
- Directing, coaching and monitoring the team on shift;
- Liaising with your duty managers; and
- Ensuring policies and procedures are complied with including those relating to cash handling, stock maintenance and OH&S.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous leadership experience in Food and Beverage operations and hold a current accredited RSA or the ability to obtain within 30 days of commencement. You will also possess:
- The ability to prioritise and organise multiple tasks with a commitment to follow through to successful completion
- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with a broad range of people
- The ability to deliver Food and Beverage services to a high level of efficiency
- A passion for training and developing staff will be highly desirable.
Casual Food and Beverage Team Leaders should be available for four (4) shifts per week (including availability during the weekend and evening from 4:00pm).
It is a mandatory requirement for applicants recommended for appointment to this position to present a national police certificate (name check only) clear of security breaches and dishonesty type offences.
