Food & Beverage Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Food and Beverages Manager to work at their busy sporting ground located in the heart of Perth's CBD.

The right candidate will be responsible for the profitable execution of all catered events. Able to effectively and efficiently manage the financial operational targets by providing first class food and beverage services and experiences to clients and guests.

Main Duties

• Perform a hands-on role in running the operational catering areas of the business which includes cafe's, bars, retail outlets and functions.
• Manage all point-of-sale equipment for all retail/function outlets.
• Manage the delivery of job specific training for new staff.
• Assist with the development and implementation of procedures for the operation.
• Establish effective forward planning strategies and staffing levels to ensure that all catered.
• Maintain food safety standards and related paperwork.
• Manage the end-to-end administration process for all function enquiries, existing and potential clients utilising the EBMS system for all documentation.

Accredited WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (compulsory)
Accredited Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (highly regarded)
Working with Children (highly regarded)
