It is a well-established venue with a supportive team behind it.The RoleReporting to the Executive Chef, the Food and Beverage Service Manager will implement service procedures and training across the Chef's Hat Restaurant and Events including weddings. This is a family run venue that serves lunch weekly from Wednesday, but only 3 dinner services a week, allowing the successful candidate to experience true work-life balance.Skills and Experience
