Overlooking the picturesque Championship Golf Course and set amongst the spectacular setting of Rose Bay, we have a 150 seat Restaurant offering a unique modern dining experience for members and guests.

The Role
We have a truly exceptional opportunity for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor working primarily in the Restaurant to elevate our offerings to members and guests. Reporting in to the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of The Bar/Fine Dining outlets, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to members and guests. You will be supported by a team of inspirational hospitality professionals around you.
This is a full-time position requiring flexible availability to work during the week and on weekends. You will need to be available to work between 2pm till 11pm.
The key tasks include but not limited to:
- Ensuring food and beverage operations run seamlessly
- Leading, coaching, training and managing a team of staff
- Upholding Club purpose, values, policies and procedures
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the rostering of staff
What does the Club need from you?
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor working in a 5 Star Hotel or Fine Dining Restaurant
- Proven waiting skills including 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear
- A strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Ability to lead a team to deliver service to the highest standards.
- Food Hygiene Certification and NSW RSA qualification
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service
- Well presented at all times as you will interact with members daily, consistently providing exceptional service, advice and instruction
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise service
- A valid NSW RSA is essential
