You will assist in coordinating FOI requests, ensuring the agency's compliance with legal obligations, and contributing to the development of Information handling standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, processing, and decision-making of FOI and PIA requests.
- Provide quality assurance, guidance, and training to the FOI and PIA team.
- Prepare and draft reports, briefing materials, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative and project support to develop and improve FOI and PIA processes.
- Assist in FOI and PIA request processing, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
