We are seeking a Land Information Officer to work as a part of the team in the Sunshine Coasts' largest employer.
This is a fixed term permanent role until October 2024.
Key Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to customers utilising all available resources, both via the telephone and email or correspondence, whilst ensuring confidentiality of Land Information at all times
- Processing of Transfer of Ownerships, Property & Valuation Certificates and Change of Address
- Ensuring the Name and Address Register (NAR) is accurately maintained
- Resolve internal and external enquiries both verbally and in written form, ensuring timely, accurate, customer-focused responses are provided.
- Accurate record keeping in the EDRMS
- Ensure that all requests are completed on time as per Council’s service level standards
- Update new or modified details in T1 Property Nucleus system
Your relevant experience should include:
- Previous experience in a government agency processing and managing property and land related transactions
- Experience providing telephone and written support to customers
- Demonstrated experience utilising systems including EDRMS and Technology One
- Demonstrable understanding and experience of Quality Assurance Systems
