SalaryWe are looking for a friendly and experienced receptionist to join our team here at Quest Sanctuary Lakes.
About the Role:
- As a receptionist you will be responsible for running the reception desk. Including guest interactions, processing daily arrivals and departures, processing payments and completing daily administration tasks
- We require you to be comfortable answering phone calls and emails in a confident and professional manner.
- We are looking for casual workers to work between 15-20 hours a week, preferably during the week. With flexibility for a rotating roster.
- Most shifts will be split between 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm.
- Basic Reconciliation
- Managing Restaurant chargeback
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service experience, in any field.
- Strong computer skills, ability to pick up quickly new computer systems.
- Previous reception experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
