Front Desk Receptionist And Office Support

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front Desk Office Administrator/ Receptionist who is enthusiastic, and customer orientated to join our successful team at Mainstream Industries

This is a diverse role that requires attention to detail.
Position has the opportunity for growth and development in other aspects of administration.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Present a welcoming and helpful face to our business, both front-of-house and on the phone;
• Maintaining the visual presentation of the reception and customer area;
• Respond to incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate internal contacts;
• Maintain stationery and inventory;
• Paperwork and data entry;
• Other administrative duties when required.
