Lead the Front of House and administration needs for a fast growing, premium brand based in Launceston! Harrison Agents Launceston are seeking an entry level professional to manage our Front of House & provide administrative support. This diverse role encompasses general office and reception duties such as welcoming clients and customers to our office in the Launceston CBD, managing incoming communications in addition to being responsible for delivering exceptional property marketing and administration support to our high performing sales and property management teams.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, be professionally presented, authentic in nature and have the ability to perform a varied, task-based schedule. Showing initiative is critical and having an enthusiasm to learn digital ways of working is a must! This position is suited to an entry level professional eager to enter the Real Estate industry with ample room for growth within the business.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Basic reception duties (managing incoming and outgoing communications)
- Manage office phone system
- Manage company email
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
- Work alongside the sales and property management teams to provide administrative and in office support
- Assist Head of Group Marketing with social media management/support

The successful candidate will need:
- Highly developed organisational abilities.
- Confident in basic computing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and develop key relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and seek creative ways to solve problems and address difficulties.
- Understanding &l proficiency in the use of social media for marketing purposes
