FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
Casual position
Hourly Rate: $35.68 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus superannuation and penalty rates when applicable

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Front of House Manager, you'll be at the foreFront Of ensuring the effective coordination of visitor services across the Carriageworks precinct. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the Front of House Attendants team.
• Collaborating with the Visitor Experience Manager, Event and Program Producers for event success.
• Delivering diverse events and programs with a focus on excellence.
• Assisting with post-event reporting to enhance future experiences.
• Welcoming visitors through Front Of House services, audience management, ticketing support, ushering, and guest interaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a management capacity in events, hospitality or customer service-based roles.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Passion for the arts and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including the capacity to work evenings and weekends.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES (OR WILLINGNESS TO OBTAIN)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current RSA
• Current Working with Children Check
