We are Aiden Darling Harbour, one of Sydney’s newest and most unique boutique, compact hotels, opened in January 2022. We’re a hotel designed for travellers by travellers, run by a small team of individuals who love to travel, talk and share their worldly experiences with our worldly guests.
At the 2023 HM Awards, we scooped up Highly Commended for Best Boutique Hotel in Australia thanks to all our team members.
We operate with a small business mindset but big ideas. Our team is a tight-knit, supportive unit of hands-on hosts who wear different hats throughout a shift, from checking in guests and sharing local recommendations, to pouring them a wine and taking their coffee order.

Do you have:
- A passion for delivering a great guest experience?

- Experience in a management role within Front Office or F&B?
- Great attention to detail?

Would you like to:
- Manage and mentor a team of amazing Assistant Managers and Hosts?
- Lead Front Office & F&B day-to-day operations from the lobby
- Be the Lobby Ambassador and the Guest Experience Champion for Aiden Darling Harbour
- Work with our Operations Manager and GM on developing and building a great team culture?
- Continuously improve procedures and implement best practices?
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, GM, Housekeeping and the owners to ensure the best guest experience?
- Share your great understanding and passion for Sydney experiences, bars, and restaurants?
- Treat all guests as though they were guests in your own home, from greeting on arrival to pouring them a glass of wine?
