Your new role!

• Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff
• Customer service: Ensure guests receive excellent service by monitoring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and responding to feedback
• Financial management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyse financial data, and implement cost-saving measures to maximise profits
• Inventory and ordering: Manage inventory levels and order supplies, such as food, beverages, and supplies, to maintain the smooth operation of the venue.
• Enjoy being hands-on in the day-to-day operation and lead by example, creating an environment where your team is encouraged and motivated to perform at their best

What you will need to succeed?

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for food and beverage
• Excellent time management skills and ability to perform well under pressure
• Attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations
• Service-focused personality to maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
• Solid experience in managing, training, motivating, and developing teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve key performance indicators.
