About the role
Looking after our regular guests and patrons and create a "welcome home " feel. A can do attitude and ownership of your shift is essential.
Working a rotating roster over 7 days including all reception shifts along with breakfast shifts
The role requires
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication
- Problem solving
- Experience with table service and order taking
- Confidence to upsell
- Banquet setup & service
- Maintaining a clean work station and following hygiene procedures
- Assist with business events as required.
- Creative thinking in regards to specials, events etc.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 6 months previous experience in a hospitality role
- Barista experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen is an advantage
- Experience using POS systems
- Must have RSA accreditation
