Face Fit is a family owned clinic based in Southport on the Gold Coast, offering Advanced Skin, Cosmetic Injectables and Naturopathic services. We opened our doors in 2017 and in 2020 expanded into our beautiful, modern clinic, complete with 4 spacious treatment rooms. We pride ourselves on the down to earth and relaxed vibe we have created for both our staff and patients. We take a natural approach to aesthetics, creating a personal bond with our clients and ensuring they have the perfect experience, every single time.

The Role
The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient inquiries and appointments, providing exceptional service and care to all patients, as well as providing administrative support to the Clinic Manager and ensuring the day runs smoothly for all clinic staff. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gold Coast, QLD. The role does include Thursday evenings and an alternate Saturday.
Skills required to succeed in the Role:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and relevant computer applications
- Effective and Professional Written Communication Skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Experience managing patient complaints
- Tidy and Organised (Reception is the first thing people see when they enter our Clinic and first impressions are important)
- Experience in Front Office or administrative roles
- Experience coordinating staff preferred, but not essential
*Industry specific experience is not required for this role, but a customer service background is essential.
